Owns the Capture → Skills → Workforce product architecture and roadmap, developing professional and operational data systems, versioned reusable skills, and cloud and AI infrastructure.
Safety, Quality & Responsible Robotics Department
Defines operating boundaries, verification requirements and deployment safety gates, with authority to withhold deployment clearance and escalate directly to the Office of the CEO.
Academic & Research Partnerships Department
Coordinates university relationships, joint research, academic programs and scientific collaboration with GappAI Labs and technical departments.

Connects customer requirements with commercial solutions, robot access and accountable operational delivery.

Delivers site integration, commissioning, fleet monitoring, teleoperation and maintenance coordination within approved operating limits, returning task outcomes and intervention data to engineering.
Procurement, Supply Chain & Asset Management Department
Manages sourcing, suppliers, logistics, equipment inventories and the lifecycle of robots, components and operational assets.
