GappAI / Cloud infrastructure & data governance

Trust is engineered.
At every layer.

GappAI develops the intelligence that turns professional expertise into robotic work. Google Cloud is part of our technology stack. Here is how we are shaping the cloud foundation for customer deployments.

01 / Responsibilities

The platform is GappAI. The foundation is cloud infrastructure.

Intelligence & delivery

GappAI

Professional data engineering, reusable robot skills, integration, evaluation and deployment design. This is where we develop the capabilities that make robotic work useful.

Cloud services provider

Google Cloud

A provider of cloud infrastructure services in our technology stack. The services selected for a customer project depend on its workload, regional availability and operating requirements.

02 / Data location

Germany first. Project-specific by design.

Our planned deployment architecture places core customer workloads in Berlin and backups in Frankfurt, subject to the availability of the selected Google Cloud services. These are intended roles, not a live service-status display.

Primary region / Target

Berlin

Backup region / Subject to service support

Frankfurt

europe-west3

Google Cloud · Germany

Storage, model processing, backups, logs and support access need separate consideration. A German storage region alone does not mean that every processing operation remains in Germany. Any additional EU region must fit the project's agreed data requirements.

03 / Customer deployment specification

Make the boundaries explicit.

These are the controls and decisions we specify and verify before a customer deployment enters production. Implementation is project-specific.

Data residency
Name the locations for storage, AI processing, backups and operational logs. Document exceptions and other service providers.
Access & separation
Define customer access, administrative privileges, workload separation and access-record requirements.
Data protection
Specify encryption, key handling, retention, deletion and recovery requirements. Validate the implemented configuration.
Training & reuse
Define whether demonstration and operational data may be used for training, which models may use it and the boundaries of any cross-project reuse.
Change & recovery
Define skill versions, release approvals, rollback and backup-recovery checks for the agreed operating scope.
Cloud & robot boundary
Separate central data and management services from time-critical robot control, local safety functions and connectivity-loss behaviour.

04 / Scope & transparency

A clear view of what runs where.

Customer systems

The agreed deployment specification determines the panels, data stores and processing services used, where they run and which operational responsibilities GappAI assumes.

This website & communications

The public website, enquiry forms and email use separate services. The Germany-first customer-platform design is not a blanket location statement for website visitors, contact forms or correspondence. See the website privacy notice for that processing.

Provider relationship

Google Cloud is referenced as a technology provider. This page does not announce an approved Google Cloud partnership, endorsement or joint engineering programme. Provider certifications are not presented as GappAI certifications.
