What is included in my quote?
Your proposal identifies the robot and its verified configuration, planned active demonstration time, on-site hours and included services. One robot is planned per engagement. Travel, extra staffing, custom content or new skill development are itemised where required. Availability is confirmed for your date.

Can I rent a robot for one day or a multi-day trade fair?
Yes, enquiries can cover one-day or multi-day engagements. Dates are subject to operational readiness and availability. The quote distinguishes days on site from active demonstration time.
Is an operator included?
Event engagements are planned with an authorised robot operator. We do not offer unattended event handover. The proposal sets out on-site hours and any additional staffing.
Can the robot speak, greet guests or explain my product?
Tell us the role and languages you need. Speech, personalised greetings and product narration are offered only after verification on the confirmed configuration. Operator narration is identified as such.
Can the robot learn a new task for my event?
We first assess suitable validated behaviours. Your proposal distinguishes manufacturer capabilities, prepared sequences, operator input and GappAI-developed software or skills. New skill development is separately scoped and can require additional lead time.
Are private parties and children's birthdays possible?
They can be assessed. A suitable controlled demonstration area, adult supervision and a venue review are required. Close contact, climbing on the robot and contact with moving joints are not part of the programme.
What does the venue need?
We assess clear space, stable level flooring, access, power, audience separation and emergency arrangements against manufacturer instructions. Requirements are confirmed before acceptance; outdoor or crowded settings are not assumed suitable.
Where is the service available?
GappAI is based in Berlin. We assess other locations in Germany individually, taking transport, staffing and the venue into account. Include your city in the enquiry so we can confirm feasibility and travel costs.
How much does it cost?
We prepare an individual quote after reviewing duration, city, preparation and scope. The payment schedule, cancellation terms and handling of technical unavailability are agreed before booking.
How is this different from Project Rental or RaaS?
Event rental serves a defined occasion with operator support. Project Rental provides access for evaluation, research or technical projects. RaaS combines robotics and agreed support for an operating service. Purpose, not just duration, determines the route.
