GappAI's headquarters and primary European engineering base will remain in Berlin. From Germany, the company is building Physical AI systems for Europe's industrial, infrastructure and public-sector environments—with safety, data governance and responsible real-world deployment at the core.

Silicon Valley adds a complementary advantage: proximity to one of the world's most concentrated networks of AI and robotics companies, semiconductor and computing platforms, research institutions, specialized talent and long-term technology capital.
